What is the name of your state? Ohio
Alright, I caught a Reckless opperation 2 months ago. I have to go back to court for trial soon. Mind this is my 1st ever ticket. My question is what are the worst case senarios in which could happen? What level misdomenor is this? What amout am I looking at in fines. This is my 1st ever offense.
They say I was driving on the sidewalk.... I have VIDEO proof that i was on the gas station DRIVEWAY when I swerved to avoid a truck that was "swangin". (My Caddy sits low and the Tahoe in that video was sitting high on 24's. Obviously I was in his blind spot.
Can you all help me out? |

The charge is: 434.02 Reckless Opp.
Im also wondering if there is required jail time if I'm found guilty.. |
