red lightWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA I researched this forum and looks like that the red light ticket I just got is a snitch ticket in CA I was renting a car and they forwarded my info, what should I do? just ignore it? would it be considered automaticly a guilty plea and do I get a penalty and late fees. rental car place sent me a bill, is there anything I can do about it? can I tell them to dismiss the bill because it is a snitch ticket? thank you so much |

| What do you mean by a "snitch ticket"? Did you receive the actual ticket and if so, does it say "Do Not Contact The Court"? Or did you receive the ticket and it has a court appearance date, the fine amount...., etc on the ticket itself? Just because the rental company "snitched on you" does not make the ticket a snitch ticket.
