What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

Hi, I received a "traffic violation notice from a police department, on the envelope it says it came from Arizona,

on the back it says: do not call the court

I was like this is definitely a scam.

there is no notice to appear or mention how much is the ticket fine

anyone got this?

I would appreciate any suggestion.

I got a snitch ticket in CA, my car rental place snitched on me,

what happens if I ignore it? is it considered automaticly a guilty plea,
do I get a penalty or late fees.

the car rental sent me a bill, can I do anything about it? can I tell them to dismiss the charge because it is a snitch ticket?
