What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
If you go through a red light and the camera gets you,can you also get the same ticket if a cop happens to be there and sees you go through the red light? (in other words can youu get 2 tickets for the same crime?)

Well you *CAN* get two tickets, you just can be tried more than once (you would assert double jeopardy in the second case).

Generally, one is a criminal infraction and the other is a civil. What codes were you cited under? If this is the case, (one civil one criminal) I do not see the criminal infraction being dropped, you can appeal the civil and it might be dropped based on criminal prosecution.
