Ok. So what happens if you are driving on suspended license and the red light camera snaps your picture indicating you ran the red light? Do they just ticket the car and registered owner? How do they know the driver was the registered owner? Thus how can they know the person has suspended license?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Red light camera tickets in California are issued to the registered owner of the vehicle.
