registration error in stop sign ticket

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I was stopped around USC about a month ago. I looked on the ticket and though the officer had written down my insurance and policy number, for "registered owner" he checked the box "same as driver." in reality i am not the registered owner, my dad is. i have no cars registered under my name. is this sufficient grounds for dismissal? if so, how would i go about fighting it?

This error has nothing to do with the charge; it's just a typo.
