revokated,,,can i get licence

What is the name of your state? wisconsin
i have had my licence revoked for 2 yrs of 5 now...i was deamed a habitual traffic offender....i have got caught 4 times now....i have researched this a bit....i lost my licence way back because i couldnt pay a fine not related to traffic...well it caused em to get a suspended licence and i got caught 6 times..wich in turn got me the habitual traffic offender...now i read somewhere that if i am deamed a habitual traffic offender all due to unpaid fines...that i cannot be charged criminally for any violations i may get...also the last time i was pulled over 2-18-05 the officer pulled me over for and improper light color...he told me my licence was revoked becaus eof unpaid fines and to go to the DMV to see what i need to pay to get my licence back...can i get my licence back before i go to court or can i get this reduced and still get my licence..i was thinking of trying to go to court to have my habitual rellooked at..if i am deamed not to be habitual can i get out of these driving after revs and get my licence...I NEED TO DRIVE TO WORK AND TO TAKE CARE OF MY CHILD...last i knew i did not qualify for an oocupational......please help me....

My response:

Sure, I'll help you - - just as soon as you take, and pass, a remedial English course.

My response:

Then, there's a simple fix . . .

Don't type at 1:00 a.m. when you're sleepy and/or drunk.

You're not getting your license back, for anything. The only thing you'll be able to "drive" is a skateboard. If you have the money, invest in a monthly "bus pass".

**A: then why did you NOT think of those very important things before continuing to violate the traffic laws?
