revoked drivers license

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? NC

Got arrested for failure to appear. Also, my TX drivers license revolked in the state of NC for failure to appear. So that charge was added.

Question: After telling the officer I was being transfered to another state, the majistrate hit with a 5000 bond(original ticket $125.00). Is there a way to get it reduced after the fact?

2. Is the state of NC allowed to revolk an out of state license?

3. No Miranda rights as I was being booked or taken into custody....should there have been?

4. Need recomendation: attorney or just pay fines outright?
