Texas- wheres the laws pertaining to the right to drive a vehicle on a public hiway-- after all, we all own the hiways, we pay for them with our taxes, unless someone is a danger to others on the road. why should we pay taxes on something, then told we cant use it because, we didnt buy insurance, or some other. i know it is more than a privilage to use something, when you pay for it and its upkeep....i want to know where to find the laws pertaining to public property and the right to use it buy tax paying citizens.
