| | | Rights to see Radar gun Ohio, Under the FAQ's this site states that a "motorist has the right to see the radar gun". Does anyone know where to find that particular law/reference/ordinance etc... in some official publication? I can't site it to a judge if I can't name what and where it is.  |

| | | That FAQ is incorrect. There is no requirement, in fact, in some states officers are not allowed to show the radar gun as a safety matter. You are allowed to verify the calibration of the radar gun and the certification of the officer using the gun. You should consult a local attorney to see what you state and local laws have to say. | |
