Hello, I was cited for Speeding CVC.22349(A)
Max.Speed violation what are the qualifications for attending traffic school? The Posted speed limit on Hwy.50 where I was caught on radar is 65 MPH. I was clocked at a speed of 86 mph. 21 MPH over the limit, will I qualify for school?

Thanks for your time it is appreciated very much.

I'm no expert, nor do I know anything about the legal system, but I came across this when doing some research for my own violation. It would seem that anything under 25 over the limit would still be eligible for traffic school, but once again, I'm not sure.
