can the state police set up a trap for seatbelts? State police set up a under cover car about a 1/4 mile away from the seatbelt check stop, the under cover cop calls ahead to the check stop, tell the officers that a certain car didnt have the seatbelt on, pulls me and a friend over and asks us which one of us wasnt wearing his seat belt, wrote us both tickets, isnt that called third party ticket, can i beat this in court? please help thank you
