i got pulled over & my 15 yr old son was in the front seat. the cop tried to say that my son didn't have his seat belt on but he did have it on. how can i prove this or fight it in court?

well you cannot prove it ... you can testify & he can testify ... unless they had a dashcam that shows it (and I doubt it)...
