What is the name of your state? CA
And, by the way, don't forget to read John Kennedy Toole's A Confederacy of Dunces. I hear they have PLENTY of copies out there.

If radar is what it is about, the OP's listed state is California and out here there IS NO LAW requiring an officer show someone the radar upon request or at any other time. An officer can CHOOSE to do so, but they are not obligated to do so.

Unfortunately, because there is no statute in CA specifically covering the lack of such a requirement - nor case law I am aware of - she won't find anything to suspend her erroneous contention. Oddly, one of my officers DOES make this offer to people. I don't endorse it, but I am not in the business of micro-managing what she does, and she's an excellent cop so I trust her judgment on this.

I knew that YOU knew, I just wanted HER to know.

I'm sure anybody who claims they are from St. Odo of Cluny Parish is quite familiar with the work already.

How much do you want to bet that she won't believe it even then?
