I live in NJ got 6 points and was assigned for the driving probationary school to remove 3 point then on probation for a year if i get any moving violation i will be suspended for 3 months.
2 days later i was pulled over by a police officer.
i was in a parking lot of a mall at 10 pm after buying a fax machine. just drove my car and like 15 yards he stopped me and gave me careless driving ticket which will give me 2 point and 3 months suspension.
i pleaded not guilty in the trial .prosecutor and officer played a nice game officer said i was parking in the fire lane and was speeding.
despite that he gave me a careless driving ticket. i said i just drove 15 yards i was in the parking spot crossed to the front spot as there were no cars what so ever there and made a left turn and drove 15 yards and he stopped me.
judge found me guilty cuz i said i might had crossed the line between the 2 parking spots !!!! that was really unfair and not right.

what should i do now should i appeal or go to the MVD to beg them not to suspend my license as i have a family and im the only support for my family and my wife had fracture ankle can't walk or drive?
