What is the name of your state? Ohio

I got a speeding ticket last night, actually both me and my sister did. The cop accidently made my sister in the car behind me sign my ticket. Can I get out of this ticket for that reason?

No. The signature is just a promise to appear... and not an admission of guilt or innocence. And since you didn't personally sign it, you didn't promise to appear. If you don't show up (or take care of the ticket), then a warrant will be issued for YOUR arrest (not your sister).

Thanks, I got advice from someone saying that my sister's signature violated it. I was a bit skeptical.
