In Snow, Hit Tree... 10 Miles Under Limit (In VT)

What is the name of your state? Vermont

On January 20th 2005, I pulled out of a parking lot in Milton, Vt. Immediately out of the parking lot, I accelerated (to about 25mph) up to a left hand curve in the road. ( I was not accelerating during the turn.) As the turn was ending, the back end of the Jeep swong toward the outside of the curve, I immediately lost control, slid across the other lane (it's a back road, no traffic) and the rear left side of the car slammed into a tree on the side of the road. It smashed in the winow and bent an axle.

Because my Dad (I'm under 18 if that's what your wondering) is such a Genius (it's his car) he made me call the police to report the accident. The cop showed up and did some paperwork, called a tow truck and left. (He said an accident report was not nescessary, but my insurer advised me to fill one out.)

Three days after the event, I got a 200 dollar and two point ticket ("Speed Unreasonable for Road Conditions.")

I sent in my plea of not guilty and am awaiting a court date.
What should I prepare as my defense?

That's a good start for challenging a citation.

I really don't know. Your post as written would suggest the the ticket is valid and was warranted. Your best option would be to make a deal for reduced charges or driving school, if available.

Stand in front of a mirror and say the following:
"Your Honor, I was driving too fast for the road conditions and have learned my lesson from such conduct. I will accept whatever punishment the court deems reasonable."
Keep saying it until a light bulb appears above your head... with a bright glow.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
