What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

Hi
Does anyone know how long a speed detection device has to be serviced in Pennsylvania prior to the speeding ticket. I am not referring to RADAR which I think is one year prior. I am referring to other devices allowed by non state police officers in PA such as VASCAR, ESP. Any help would be appreciated.
