i received a ticket for speeding 40 in a 25 in a transition zone from highway to small rural city and was pulled over. The officer wrote me a ticket for speeding which i was and also wrote me a ticket for no drivers liscense as mine had expired the previous month on my birthday and the officer confiscated my liscense. My question is threefold (1) since i actually had a liscense but it had expired should he hae writtenme a ticket ? (2)The officer wrote the ticket saying the infraction occurred on or about 2/28/09 when in fact the infraction occurred 6/28/09 (3) if the infraction had occurred on 2/28/09 my liscense would not have expired yet and finally since the officer stated the date as 2/28/09 on the infraction line and then 6/28/09 where he certifies that i committed these infractions, can the ticket be thrown out because of the conflicting datesWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
