Is there any law or guideline regarding distances allowed for deceleration entering a new speed zone? In other words, are we expected to be traveling at the new speed the moment we draw even with the sign? If so, doesn't the state bear responsibility for making the sign visible at a reasonable distance, especially at higher speeds?
