speeding 48 in 35 nj

i was so called speeding?any way the officer gave me a ticket. and the date of the ticket was 1-12-06 but he wrote 1-13-06 on all the dates offence date and date signed was 1-13-06 can i try to beat it ? what way please help me. it went from 45 to 35 mph i need to check the signs? area too ah please help me!!!!
