Friend received ticket for 50 in 35, requested discovery.
Radar Cert of Accuracy dated 2000 (out of date?)
Tunning forks - within a year (cert by state)
Speedometer cert (no need, cop was stationary)
Radar Operating Cert (not expired)

So the question arises: No department policy on use of radar or daily log of calibration, etc. was provided, how to proceed with this information, ie lack of.

Thanks

Your friend should proceed by hiring an attorney.

You attempting to handle the case for him/her will produce no good result.

I don't think there is anyone here who is that intimately familiar with NJ motor vehicle laws that they could provide any more information than you could by using Google or your favorite search engine.
