speeding 75 in a 50 with no tickets in 20 yrs.

I live in Asheville, North Carolina in Buncombe county. I got a ticket 75 in a 50 a speed trap. My question is the highway patrol marked on the ticket that I had a minor with me and he is 21 but the trooper did not ask his age. That was false information and will have a bad outcome in court and I do have to show up in court. Can I get this case dismissed for that reason what can I expect in court to happen and what should I plea. My new tires can have an impact on the speed they are very aggressive truck tires. Thanks for any advice my email is levig@myway.com.

**A: post information from the tire manufacturer that confirms that the tires have impact on speed from posted 50 mph to an actual of 75 mph.

No. That is not critical information as to the speeding violation.

You can expect your name to be called. If you don't show up, you can then expect an FTA (Failure to Appear) warrant to be issued for you.

Since you offer absolutely NOTHING to show that you weren't in fact speeding, guilty sounds appropriate.

No. And even if they did (larger diameter, etc.) it is incumbent on YOU to adjust your speed to remain within the posted speed limit.... no matter what your tire size.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

If convicted of more than 15 over, you risk licence suspension and a 45% insurance increase. A lawyer can probably help, you will get lots of letters in the mail with offers.

Search the messages here for more NC info.
