Speeding 81 in 65 zone --NY

What is the name of your state?NY

I got ticket new york for speeding to 81mph on 65mph zone. But surprizingly cop did not mention any penalty fine on ticket. So is court has to decide on it? as it is first offence for me and it on foreign license, what normal penalty court place for it.
