Speeding 82 mph on 65mph zone in PAWhat is the name of your state? PA I've received a speeding ticket for going 82mph in 65mph highway. This is in Western PA and the cop is a PA trooper. Can someone tell me how often the radar gun should be calibrated in PA? I am positive I wasn't going 82mph. Thanks ![]() |

| In order to be positive you were not going 82 mph, you have to KNOW what speed you were traveling at. And how fast was that??

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |

| Calibration requirements depend on the make and model of the device. Please provide this information and you should get the answer you want.

| Calibration needs to take place within 60 days (before the ticket was written). The cal. date should be on the bottom of ticket. BTW: How fast you were going or think you were going is irrelevant (unless you have someway to prove it).

| The previous post referred to the calibration procedure. Look here for how often it should be done http://members.aol.com/StatutesP1/75PA3368.html.
