What is the name of your state? Tx.
I am a resident of Texas and recentlly I got a notice from Winslow justice court that I have an 11 year old ticket. Problem is I have never been to Arizona. In '94 I was just out of the Navy and was recuporating in Bremond, TX with my brother. During this time I did lose my billfold but nothing came of it. I have a perfect driving record and preach to kids about save driving. I have never been pulled over before and can't understand how this didn't come up on my record years before. If I have an officer in bremond vouch for my time there would that be enough to fight this or am I in for the long haul? | |
