Speeding But Wrong Cloacked speed wrote down

What is the name of your state? Ohio

I was speeding in a 55 the sherif clocked me at 65 and wrote down 66 which i saw and verified it was 65. but on the citation said 66. He didnt even tell me what the fine would be and said to call the court.

Sounds like a 'cloack' and dagger affair to me.
Let's see... a search indicates you've been causing lots of trouble on the roads the last little while.
Why don't you take a break for a while? Maybe your spelling will improve at the same time.

When you go to court, explain that you were only travelling 65 in a 55 zone, not 66. Make sure the judge understands that you are admitting to 65 and NOT 66.

very funny...

Now, since you did not ask a question, I would assume you are wondering how to get out of this one. To get help, post details of your case and do ask a particular question.

Actually thats not a bad idea. That one extra mile over the speed limit increases your fine amount dramatically plus adds points to your license.

A recently enacted Ohio law makes adding points to your license if you were going more than 10 miles per hour over the limit in a 55mph or higher zone and 5 miles per hour over thelimit in a speed zone less than 55mph.

Fight the ticket.

I would just fight the ticket all the way because they main thing they want is the money, the points are less of an issue. I would just tell them you want no points and pay them the fines and they will give you the bill.
