What is the name of your state? California

I was ticketed in California for doing 95 in a 65. I'm not worried about fines or points as much as I am about possible jail time. Even just getting cuffed will cause me to lose my job. What is the limit in California before they will throw jail time on with a speeding ticket, or can I just go in and pay the fine and be done with it?

You aren't going to jail on a traffic infraction. What was the section you were cited for? CVC 22349(a)? If so, then there will be no jail time at all.
