I received a ticket for speeding and the officer wrote that I was going 54 mph in a 50mph zone but there is NO 50 mph zone can the officer amend this ticket once i go to court and say I was going 54 mph in a 40 mph zone. I was stop in a 40 mph zone at the time the ticket was issue. Can the citation be change or do they have to leave it as it is written?????
