Speeding in DE.

I was caught doing 78mph in a 35mph zone in Delaware on a 2 lane highway that fluctuates between 55 and 35 in a brand new car while passing slow moving traffic(legally over a broken single yellow line.) I was given the speeding ticket with a mandatory appearance to court. I have a clean driving record in Delaware and will be hiring an attorney to represent me. What penalties should I expect to face? Is their jail time involved in this situation? Thank you.
