What is the name of your state? Illinois

I was driving and was pulled over for going 46 in a 35, and my license are revoked, so I was also charged for driving while suspended/revoked. On the ticket my first name is not spelled correctly. The first letter gives my name a whole different name. Could this error give me the opportunity to defeat these tickets?

Well...the officer created a street on my ticket that doesn't exist and the lawyer I talked to said that this is a meaningless fact...so don't get your hopes up. Besides, they still have social security number and everything, so you have a harder shot than I do...
