Georgia. Doing 88 in a 55. Was not arrested, but felt lucky I was not. Clean record. 4 point offense.

If I must appear in court, could I see jail time or a suspended license at that time?

Although you will have a big fine.

15 points in 24 months results in a mandatory suspension.
