Question

speeding with gun in question

What is the name of your state? [New York State] I recently got a ticket in Cortland, NY for going 75 in a 65 according to the officer. I asked him to see the radar gun to illustrate to me that he actually clocked me, since his car was completely behind a huge snow bank. Is it possible to beat the ticket, based on the fact that the officer later refused to show me the gun, stating it was too dangerous to get out of the car. It was at 10a.m. in the middle of I-81 and there were no cars present on the road at that time.[/SIZE]

The officer was correct, he does not have to show you the radar gun.

If you intend to plead "Not Guilty" request the supporting deposition by checking the appropriate box on the back of the ticket, right above where you sign.

Email me for more information.
