What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MN

Ok i got a speeding ticket for going 70/55, the officer said his radar was messing up due to a semi and wrote the ticket based on me saying i thought it was about 70 mph. On my ticket he wrote "radar lock 70" in notes.

Could this be fought in court? I'm not sure exactly how fast i was going, just kinda paniced about the whole situation. I have a clean driving record.

Get a lawyer.

If the cop told you the radar was messing up, you may be able to plea bargain this down to a non-moving charge or even a dismissal.
