I was pulled over in a rental car while passing a speed trap. 75 in 55.
I received a ticket for $225 and 6pts. 4pts if I pay early.
Does anyone know if the DA would be agreeable for me to take Traffic School in lieu of the ticket penalties?
Should I just pay the ticket early and deal with it? Should I try to plea bargain during the day of my court date?
I'm trying to keep my insurance down.
