Urgent - Speeding NYC Interstate 81 (non-US citizen)

I am a Canadian citizen. By the Canada long weekend, me drove a rental car all the way from NYC to Canada bother. On Interstate 81, there was a rude policewoman pull me over said I was speeding by 87 MPH in a 65 MPH zone. Me just the last hour head to Canada boarder, on the past 7 hours driving from NYC to the place I caught, never get speeding. At the same time, there were many cars passed by me and faster then me but me just the stupid one to stop the car and see what's up. The police never show me the rader (as I heard that the rader can be modified the speed), also she doubted I never get pull over at NY State, so rude. I request for the deposition and just the regular letter indicated the speed measured is visual estimate 85 MPH, Pace (Calibrated Speedometer) Radar/Moving, direct observation by Complainant.

My question which is I'm not the US citizen, will that be any affect or am I breach the law if I don't attend the pre-trail coz this is non-sense to ask the vistors to travel to US to hear the trail unless US paid for my transportation. Also at the same time so many cars around me, there are no poof this is my car but depends on who stop the car. I am using the cruise control when driving that long, so there is no way to get speeding. If I am speeding I get caught since the past 7-8 hours drive already. Also the police write my first name incorrect, my pre-trail date as on the letter is May 17 and for sure I won't attend. What am I suppose to do now and the results.

NY reports traffic tickets to Canada and they are entered on your record. Not sure if they suspend for non payment but I would guess that they do. In any event this is going to increase your insurance.

You are not required to show up for the pretrial but you must pay or show up on your court date or a warrant will be issued and you cannot get back into the US. Call the ADA and try to negotiate something.

sao how can I appeal for this issues as I read most of hte news saying if the police using the pace rador is hard to appeal. Also hiring the attorny is no use at all.

Am I allow for now show up in th court because really sao expensive for me to go to the court just for the transport.

how many times I can ask for ppostpone the pre-trail date? Will I being arrest?
