speeding in PA with MA licence

Hi, I hold a MA state license and recently received an out of state speeding in PA state. Can anybody tell me what would happen now and what are the best options i have right now.

Unless you have a valid defense to the ticket, pay it. Or request a hearing and negotiate a reduced sentence.
