speeding in pennsylvania

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? pennsylvania. I heard that when police clock you that law requires them to do so for 3/10 of a mile. Is that true, and what is the statute?

What do you mean by "clock"? That is a very misused term and I think you're misusing it again. You mean "pace"?

clocked

The citation I got read "clocked", so I assume it means he used his speedometer.

Some jurisdictions may require a minimum distance (administrative courts in NYC like 3/10 of a mile) but that is probably not enumerated in any statute.
