What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Indiana
ok a couple of months ago i was stop speeding unaware that my liscense was suspend. but i gave the officer my insurance paper stating that i was insured because it was due to the fact that i did not make the deadline on returning the proof of insurance at the time. when i was sent my arraignment papers on the susp w/ priors speeding. they check to see if i had a valid licesnce which i do have a valid licesnse it was just due to the fact the proof of insurance did not make it on time. my question is what are they going to do to me at my arraignment. it is being held in dearborn county, lawerenceburg, IN
