speeding and reckless driving ticket in maryland

What is the name of your state?i have license in virginia
early in the morning when iam going to catch a train i got a speeding and reckless driving ticket in maryland.speed limit is 30 iam driving at 42
officer gave 375 dollars fine with no points.how can i get rid of this fine/reduce the fine.can anybody give me some options.i have a clean driving record.
please help

The ticket will be reported back to Virginia and points will be assessed in accordance with Virginia law. If it is a reckless citation that is 6 points.
