Speeding Texas Highway?

I got a court hearing soon for a moving violation.. The officer got off the highway to the access road and came back up the ramp turn on his lights and went to the far left lane and stop me .....he said he visually paced me going 70 on a 60......Even though with the angles of the access road getting off and on can he of actually have paced me off across from the access road? ..can this hold up on court?... no radar was used...and if this is a valid citation what proof will he have?his word?
