Speeding ticket from 1994

undefinedWhat is the name of your state? Arizona. My husband received a speeding ticket going through Arizona in 1994. When he tried to get a license in Louisiana, he was denied because he had to take care of issues in other states. He called them and they cleared it and he received his license. Now we received notice from the court from the city saying he owes 690.00. Is there a statue of limitations to collect on speeding tickets. What should we do?
