| I have recently recieved a speeding ticket. My ticket wasn't full completed. It did have my name, address, registration and stuff, but it did not have how I was clocked and other information in which it ask. I was wondering if this is consider a incomplete ticket. I am also wondering if the officer completely filled his copy and the rest of the ticket at a later time. If that is illegal? If the courts copy is different or filled out can I get it thrown out for tampering with eveidence or changing government documents. This has taken place in Ohio. Thank you |

| Do not know Ohio law, but in most states it is good enough. It gave you notice ------------------ To retain a lawyer, I suggest you go to http://AttorneyPages.com which is endorsed by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. This response is intended as general information only and NOT LEGAL ADVICE. As you are not my client I have no obligation of any kind to you. |
