I received a speeding ticket in Miami and wondered what opinions i have in handling the ticket.

1st)
I am a foreigner and i have an international license, wonder what would happen if i just ignored the ticket.

Concerns are
a) if they want to FIND me, they could get information from the rental car company who has my driver's license information which has a Arizona address.
b) would they not let me in the country or fine me when i get into the country next time based on my name?

2nd)
I was also wondering if i can send in a trial by delcaration to resolve the ticket. I cant seem to find the form for Florida. Also if I send it in and lose, will it be more difficult to ignore the ticket then?

Thanks

What's more important? Paying a couple hundred fine and clearing any record, which relieves you of any worries or stress, or ignoring it and not getting back into the country..???

Not a hard decision to me.

You offer no defense that you didn't commit the violation, so just pay it. It won't hang over your head for the rest of your life.
