What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?Florida
I was pulled over yesterday for speeding. When the officer approached he said he clocked me at 47 in a 35. He wrote the ticket for 44 in a 35. I know he was helping me out by making the fine lower but isn't that considered falsifying a document and if so would that be grounds for dismissal if I go to court.

NO, and you would only annoy the DA and the Judge.

After you are gone, they will have a good laugh.
