I got a speeding ticket in GA (going 52 in a 35 mile zone). I have heard that by taking a defensive driving course before the court date will eliminate the ticket off my record. If so, how do I plead at my court date? Do I need to arrange this with someone at the courthouse beforehand? I am confused as to how this all works.
