i received a speeding ticket in illinois-i was clocked going 12 miles over the speed limit. this is my first ticket. i want do not want this on my record-if possible. the officer did not have me sign the ticket-i even asked if i needed to sign. the officer did not take my license. do i have any way out of this ticket?
