What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
Texas

I just was given a notice by a city in texas that I have a warrent. They said it was from a speeding ticket 14 years ago. I told them I always paid my tickets.

What can I do.... I know I paid it. I asked them why in 14 years are they calling me?

If you paid by check or credit card, check with the bank to see if their records go back that far and what it would cost for them to provide proof of payment.
