Speeding TicketI received a speeding ticket in the state of Washington. They claimed I was going 43 in a 25. This is completely false and I am prepared to fight this. My question is, in the state of WA, is there a law stating the courts must assign a court date within 90 days of the citation date? Mine is 95 days after I received the citation. Does this warrant the ticket being dimissed? |

| The limit in Washington is 1 year from the date of infraction and that can be stretched to 2 years if necessary. |
