| My husband was served a speeding ticket 56 in a 40. It was a speeding trap. The previous speed was 55. My husband is a slow driver to begin with..he thought the speed was still 55. Anyway we pleaded not guilty on the ticket and now have a trial date. We are broke. my husband just took a huge paycut.. we can't even pay our monthy bills now. We can't afford a lawyer and have no way to pay for a ticket. please advise us on what to do. thank you |

| Go to court and have him plead his case. When the judge rules and if he is fined, he needs to tell the judge that he doesn't have money to pay the fine. The Court will work out a payment plan. |
